This is what people don't understand about first-mover advantage in the AI era. It's not about being first once. It's about being first repeatedly. Speed compounds. Every cycle you're faster, the gap widens.

Fine, I'll concede that speed matters. But can we talk about the infrastructure? Because I've watched people build fast on shaky foundations and the whole thing collapses at scale. You need solid tooling underneath.

Now you're talking sense. That's why the stack matters. You want something pre-wired so you're not reinventing the wheel. I've been looking at

Smart move. Nothing kills speed like spending your first two weeks configuring basics that someone else has already perfected. You want to start at the interesting part — the part that makes money.

Oh man, imagine pairing a pre-built foundation with a full automation layer. You could launch a niche content site in a DAY. Pick a vertical, deploy the stack, let the AI pipeline handle the content cadence. It's beautiful!

Morris, please slow down. A niche content site in a day sounds great until Google sandboxes you for thin content. There's still a quality bar. There's still editorial judgement involved.
