This page demonstrates the sidebar-right module position — the default sidebar location in Signal Dark. The navigation menu, login form, archive list, and other modules sit on the right side of the content area.
How it works
Assign any module to the sidebar-right position and the template switches to a two-column grid automatically. The content area takes priority width, the sidebar fits alongside it.
Automatic grid
The template detects when sidebar-right has content and activates the two-column layout. Remove all modules and it reverts to full-width.
Stacked modules
Multiple modules in the same position stack vertically. The sidebar on this page shows a navigation menu, login form, article archive, categories, and popular articles — all in one column.
Mobile collapse
On screens below 992px, the sidebar stacks below the main content. Touch-friendly spacing, no overflow issues.
Works with sidebar-left
Both sidebars can be active simultaneously for a three-column layout. Each position is independent.
Modules on this page
The sidebar you see here contains a grouped navigation menu, a login form, an articles archive widget, an article categories tree, and a popular articles list. Each is a standard Joomla module assigned to the sidebar-right position — no custom code required.
