The insistence is the skill. Most people don't know how to be insistent with AI. They accept the first draft because it looks professional enough. The real value comes from the third, fourth, fifth iteration. The relentless refinement.

Relentless refinement. That's Francis's entire playbook applied to content creation. Push, refine, push harder, never accept good enough. The AI is just a faster way to execute that philosophy.

I've been using
Claude Code
for the technical side of my website and the editorial tools for content. The workflow is genuinely different from anything I've experienced. You think in terms of direction rather than execution.

Direction rather than execution. That's a profound shift for anyone who built their career on execution skills. The question is whether the market values direction more than execution. I believe it does, but not everyone has adjusted.

The market always values the strategist over the tactician, Roger. Always has. The AI simply makes that hierarchy more visible. Those who direct will thrive. Those who merely execute will find their value proposition shrinking.

Harsh but accurate. The
AI Director
name itself captures this perfectly. The director sets the vision. The tools execute the vision. The audience sees the result. Nobody credits the camera for the film.
