Tim did that on his own, David. But the point is it works. The
Claude Code
setup lets you build these automations without being a programmer. You describe what you want and it builds it.

I could have done that. I just chose to focus on the strategic level. There's no point in me doing operational tasks when my skills are better deployed on leadership activities and territorial defense.

Territorial defense. Of an office. In Slough. Noted. Look, the practical point is that AI tools are making small teams more capable. We don't need to hire more people to do more work. We need to use the tools better.

Exactly what I've been saying. In fact, I said exactly that in a meeting. With myself. In the car. On the way to work. Which counts because ideas don't need an audience to be valid.

They kind of do need an audience, David. But I agree with the principle.
The AI Director
has some good articles on how small businesses can implement AI practically. Not theory -- actual step-by-step guides.

Step-by-step guides are for beginners. I prefer to learn through instinct and natural aptitude. Plus I already read the executive summary of one of those guides, so I've covered the key points.
