AI for Business — have you done the reading?

David's right. Strategy comes from the top. As assistant regional manager, I've been developing my own AI competencies. I asked the AI to write a threat assessment of our competitors and it produced a comprehensive twelve-page report.

I skimmed the executive summary. That's what executives do, Dawn. They skim. Efficiently.

Right. Well, while Gareth was skimming, I actually set up an automation workflow that handles our client follow-up emails. Template responses, scheduling, reminders. Saves about an hour a day across the team.

An hour a day! See, that's initiative. Which I encouraged. Because I create an environment where people feel empowered to innovate. That's my management style. Empowerment through... through allowing things to happen. Facilitating.
