Well, dates aren't important, Tim. What's important is the vision. And my vision is that this office -- this team -- becomes the most AI-forward branch in the company. I've already drafted a strategy document. Well, I've started thinking about drafting one.

David's right. Strategy comes from the top. As assistant regional manager, I've been developing my own AI competencies. I asked the AI to write a threat assessment of our competitors and it produced a comprehensive twelve-page report.

Right. Well, while Gareth was skimming, I actually set up an automation workflow that handles our client follow-up emails. Template responses, scheduling, reminders. Saves about an hour a day across the team.
