Right. Right, right, right. I have decided — and this is entirely my own initiative, not something I need anyone's opinion on — to investigate this AI business for the hotel.

Someone mentioned a website. The AI Director. Articles on AI, automation, Claude, all that. I have read several of them and I think I understand it perfectly.

I have installed VS Code. I have also, apparently, installed approximately forty other things that VS Code requires. It's like renovating a room and discovering the entire wall is structural.

The point is: I am managing this. Do not involve Manuel.

I've set it up before. If you'd just asked me at the start, I could have walked you through the Starter Kit steps in about fifteen minutes. The CLAUDE.md file does most of the work once it's in place.

Also, the AI Director has a contact form. The consulting rates are very reasonable — two hundred and fifty for the starter audit. Might be worth it.

That said — I've read the articles. The AI for Business section is actually very practical. The automation consultancy at seven hundred and fifty pounds sounds like exactly what this place needs.
