Client dashboard. They log in, see their project status, outstanding invoices, next milestones. All pulled from my existing spreadsheets and project management tool via API. Took me a weekend with the AI helping write the code.

A client-facing dashboard built in a weekend. That would have cost five grand from an agency. This is what people don't understand about the current moment — the tools have become accessible enough that ONE person can build what used to require a team.

One person with no team, no QA, no project manager, no testing department. One person who's also the salesperson, the accountant, and the janitor. And now they're the software developer too. Something's going to break.

Something will always break, Buford. The question is whether you break it doing new things or break it doing the same old things the same old way. I'd rather break something while building than break down from doing everything manually.

Well said. And honestly, the
Starter Kit
approach makes a lot of sense for people like us. You don't start from zero — you start from a solid foundation that someone's already stress-tested.

Exactly. Nobody builds a house by making their own bricks. You use quality materials and focus your energy on the design and the finishing touches. Same principle with AI-assisted development.
