Bernard, in the time it takes the Home Office to approve a new email template, the private sector has built, launched, and pivoted three times. Speed of adoption is the competitive advantage. Which is precisely what the services pricing reflects -- the value of moving quickly with expert guidance.

So what you're saying is we should be recommending these services to government departments? Better and cheaper than internal IT procurement?
